According to Acharya Chark, there is no such disease on this earth which cannot be conquered by Shilajit. Shilajit is a dark brown sticky substance, which is bitter, astringent and hot. Shilajit smells like cow urine. It dissolves in water and does not dissolve in alcohol, chloroform and ether. It is mainly found in the Himalaya and Hindukush ranges, it is formed due to the decomposition of plants for thousands of years. Benefits of eating Shilajit  :- 1.
